We will focus on helping you build exceptional relationships, find genuine peace, and empower you with the skills to keep growing long after our work concludes.
Get Started
My approach to therapy is an active, engaged partnership specifically tailored to your unique needs. My greatest passion is strengthening relationships, because the quality of your relationships is the #1 predictor of your health and happiness. While couples work is central to my practice, I also help individuals navigate personal overwhelm, self-doubt, and complex family dynamics. The reality is that these areas are deeply connected: when you work through internal struggles, you are better equipped to show up in your relationships—and when your connections are strong, every other aspect of your life gets easier. Together, we will use this dynamic to help you build stronger relationships and operate at your best.
To maximize results, I hold rare advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—the only relationship approach scientifically proven to build a secure, resilient connection for a lifetime. This specialized work builds on my clinical foundation, which includes a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University.
Alongside my clinical education, I bring real-world life experience into the room. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. Coupled with my own professional experience in business, this background provides a pragmatic perspective on the intersection of demanding careers, high-functioning anxiety, and everyday stressors. Having been married for nearly 30 years and navigated the seasons of raising four children, I deeply understand the resilience and dedication required to build a lasting family foundation. My many years spent volunteering with youth have only deepened that perspective, giving me a front-row view of the pressures young people and families face today. It is this combination of evidence-based science and lived experience that makes our work together highly practical and deeply effective.
